Finishing

After casting, the parts undergo various types of finishing. If the parts need further processing, we work with highly competent subcontractors who are ready to provide the best service for our customers.

Cutting off

For larger series, cutting and cleaning takes place on robots. Cutting of valve bodies on robotic systems. Cutting is pre-programmed and the same from series to series.

Purification

The subsequent cleaning and deburring is done either manually or on cleaning robots. The workpieces are placed in fixtures, which ensures that the workpieces are cleaned in the same way and subsequently makes clamping on CNC processing machines unproblematic.

Shot blasting and sandblasting

We offer both shot blasting and sandblasting in-house. These methods are used to improve the finish and remove the last burrs, giving the castings a nice uniform surface.

Vibratory drumming

Vibration drumming is also used to improve the finish and remove the last burrs. It is a more time-consuming process, but is gentler on the parts.

Machining of molded parts

Through competent subcontractors, we can offer machining and surface treatment of the molded
parts.
